Halifax, N.S.- Momentum is building around the inaugural season of the Bluenose League, the home of NHL pre-season hockey in Atlantic Canada. Last month, at the 2009 NHL Entry Draft in Montreal, Bluenose League officials held a series of high-level meetings with various NHL franchises interested in the activities of the League. "It's encouraging to see real interest from both Eastern and Western Conference teams who are already looking toward next year's pre-season," said Ralston MacDonnell, Bluenose League President.
